I grew up in rural Northern Michigan and quickly wanted to get away. It wasn't until I was 25 that I moved to Chicago. I began studying photography and realized that I was in love. I adore every detail from traditional to almost complete computer generated images. I love to create. In my field there are mainly two types of artists, ones who record and ones who create. I love to manipulate and bend, often letting the image create itself. Photo-illustration is my release and my medication, as you will find below in a few of my untitled "Alice" pieces which were made to accompany Lewis Carroll's original tale. Many times you can find me lost in my work for hours/days to the sounds of my Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart station.
